TRAVEL NOTICES

Due to the COVID -19 Pandemic, many governments implemented extraordinary restrictions such included flight restrictions or travel restrictions which apply to a large group of travelers. Consequently, this is leading to many flight cancellations. 11th of March, 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 pandemic.

In connection with it, Your flights in the period until 30 June  2021 cannot be operated by Myway Airlines. 

 For all tickets and services from canceled flights we are offering next possibilities:

  • Date change: No penalty. Free of charge for one time until 31 December 2021 (inclusive)
  • Cancellation: Ticket terms and conditions/Fare rules will be applied

Important notice

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and in accordance with Provisional Amendments to the Israel Aviation Services Law (IASL) (Israel’s Book of Statutes 2826, 2841, and 2877), the benefits provided for under the law were restricted to the effect that, among others, statutory compensation in cases of cancellations shall not be payable for flights as of March 1, 2020, onwards (currently, and in accordance to a decree issued by the Minister of Transportation, until March 31, 2021 per Israel’s Regulation 9039).

In addition, under the Provisional Amendments to the IASL, refunds are payable within 90 days of the date of the canceled flight, and for flights scheduled from December 15, 2020, onwards within 30 days of the date of the canceled flight. Please further note that refunds for unused travel documents can be consensually replaced by a voucher.
