Group orders

Service class - Economy

 

Special group fares apply only in case the passenger quantity is no less than 10 in the same PNR.

Group requests must be included.

  • Route, 
  • Departure and arrival date,
  • Number of passengers, (number of children, infants)
  • The special passenger in case of existence,

The group ticket contains 1 pc checked-in baggage, 1 pc carry-on baggage, and Meal on the board.

 

General rules and conditions of the groups

  • The minimum number of PAX 10 in the same PNR. If the number of PAX is reduced, the advance payment doesn’t refund.
  • Children discount is not apply
  • Min Stay is not limited
  • MAX Stay is 3 month
  • Ticket validity -6 months
  • The customer can release 10% of confirmed  seats from the group before the full payment, except in case of 10 passenger group
  • There are similar norms of baggage transportation for group and individual booking. Extra baggage is paid additionally, but a client should inform an air company about extra baggage,  during the booking: a type of baggage, a size, a weight. Baggage transportation should be confirmed in advance.
  • The price for the additional seats of the same group is subject to consideration to consideration of the airline.
  • A group booking should be made in the same PNR in the reservation system (AMADEUS, SIRENA, SABRE) in G class on request or put on WL.
  • It is necessary for IATA agents to enter an IATA code while booking.
  • While creating a group booking, it is necessary to enter the exact number of passengers. After the confirmation of fare by the airline, all conditions of payment and check-in of a group are entered in a booking system, by means of an OSI message.

 

 

General payment conditions:

  • First Non-refundable Deposit amount determined from 100 USD. The Deadline of first deposit defined within 5 or 10 Days after Booking confirmation. / First Non-refundable Deposit which is determined from 100 USD must be initiated within 5 or 10 days.
  • A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 15% (fifteen percent) of the total group ticket price must be paid no later than 60 days before departure of the first flight segment.
  • Non-refundable full payment must be paid no later than 30 days before departure of the first segment of the flight.
  • Myway Airlines keeps the right to determine different payment condition deadlines, but the information must be provided to the customer accordingly.
  • Pax list to be provided not later than 5 (five) days before departure.
  • In case of payment in Gel currency, exchange rate calculation of the amount will be made on the day of the payment with the actual currency rate in the airline sales system.
